Fiorenzo Perremuto, Executive Chef of the DV CHALET and DOLOMIEU Restaurant, was born in Trento to a mother from Vicenza and a Sicilian father. "In love" with cooking since he was a child, he began his apprenticeship at the age of 16, immediately learning the sense of responsibility, duty, food... He collaborates with various starred chefs in the area and today he directs the workers of the DV CHALET and the Restaurant Gourmet DOLOMIEU, bringing his experience and enthusiasm to the kitchen.
