Our breakfast is served as an assisted buffet: you will find a selection of products on display, while our staff will be there to assist with service. This allows us to share the story behind what we offer and provide a more attentive and refined experience.
We offer a rich selection of carefully chosen local products from Trentino, including jams, wild berries, regional cheeses, fresh mountain milk and organic yogurt. Whenever possible, butter, milk and yogurt come directly from local alpine farms.
For those who prefer savory options, we recommend trying our selection of traditional cured meats and cold cuts.
Every morning, our kitchen prepares homemade pastries and baked goods to ensure a truly delightful start to your day.
We also offer a wide selection of products for guests with gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance.
